* High Season is from 20/07 till 20/08 and New year's Eve.

Prices are in euros. The price include linen, towels, electricity, gas, charcoal for your barbeque, use of the swimming pool and deckchairs, use of the laundry, organic jams for your breafast and free wine ( verdicchio, bianchello and sangiovese).

We offer a 10% discount for stays of two weeks. In the winter season, there is a 10 euros a day additional charge for central heating.

We welcome well behaved pets, one for each flat.
